Good Morning Everyone! I first have to start with I AM SORRY! I clearly did not get this up last weekend, and I feel awful! I have been insane with work on this massive project that just went live the last 2 weeks so I have been nothing but work work work! I did manage to make these, but did work all last weekend and the Sunday was insane so I just had to let this fall. Which I hate to do, but on the go forward starting today September 27, I will not be working so CRAZY anymore. I will be full on NFL eats now!!
so with out further ado… here is what we had for the Sunday Football – Week 2!
Week Two
Grilled Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
Bacon & Gouda Grilled Cheese
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of gouda
- 6 slices of cooked crispy bacon
- Garlic butter
Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of provolone
- 3 slices of cheddar
- ½ cup Cooked Pulled Pork
- butter
3 Cheese Grilled Cheese
*play on Disney Lands Grilled Cheese
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of Cheddar
- 3 slices of provolone
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Boursin cheese
- Garlic butter
Instructions:
- Butter bread
- Place 3 slices butter side down in a medium LOW pan
*the key to great grilled cheese is nice a slow - Place toppings on the bread in the pan
- Place other buttered slices on top with the buttered side out
- Let cook about 4-5 minutes on first side and then flip and cook another 3-4 on the other side You want browned crisp outsides and ooey gooey insides
- Once browned on both sides let it rest for 2 minutes
- Cut each sandwich into 6 bite sized pieces
Each grilled cheese option makes 18 bite sized grilled cheeses
54 bite sized sandwiches if you make all 3 options 😀
EXTRA RECIPE – Pulled Pork

Instructions:
- 1 can root beer
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 pork Tenderloin
Instructions:
- Crock pot on high
- Dump ingredients and in 10 hours pull it apart and eat!
