Week 16!!! woot woot! looking forward to playoffs! So this week we have kind of a Two Fer going on! I made a Cheeseball for crackers and so forth BUT this doubles as a hot-dip too! check out both recipes below!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz packages of Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Cheese ball Instructions:

  1. Mix sour cream and cheese cream until smooth and combined (I did this in my stand mixer)
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix with a spatula to combine
  3. Try and form into a ball as best you can
  4. Layout a couple pieces of Cling wrap and move the ball to the cling wrap
  5. Form a ball by wrapping the cling wrap around and twisting the top to tighten
  6. Leave the cling wrapped ball in a bowl in the fridge until you are ready to serve

  8. Serve with crackers, bread, Tostitos, veggies, grapes
