Coconut Granola Parfait


What you need:

  • old fashioned rolled oats
  • coconut flakes
  • chocolate chips (optional)
  • dried cherries
  • roasted sliced almonds
  • chia seeds
  • vanilla
  • Honey
  • yogurt (I used Coconut Oikos- cus I LOVE IT)
  • fruit – Raspberries (Blueberries would be rad too)

Toss everything into a bowl and mix.  here is the thing… no measurements on this one… why because you add as much or a little as you want! I may go heavier on the coconut or the honey cus I like it sticky you may not.

Great on the go Breakfast to make ahead!!
