Mini Nacho Bowls

Nachos! How delicious is a good cheesy topping filled nacho. Biting into that crispy chip with all that cheese…. yah I know! so great right!
Here is my version of Nacho Night!!

What you need:
Tostitos – Garlic & Black Bean
1/8 cup Jalapeno thinly sliced and halfed
1/8 cup diced Tomato
1/8 cup sweet red onions (Red onion in vinegar & honey and marinated)
1/2 cup cheese (White cheddar, Marble & Queso Fresco)
Avocado Crema


Avocado Crema:

  • 1/2 avocado cut up and mashed
  • 2 tsp Sour Cream
  • pinch of Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • pinch of Garlic flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Lime Juice
  • crumbled Queso Fresco (fresh mexican cheese)
  • dash of habanero sauce (or not)

mix Avocado, cheese, lime juice, S&P, garlic, hab sauce and lastly sour cream – Server! so good

Layer your topping how you like em and toss them in a preheated Oven on 400 for 5 minutes – just enough to melt the cheese and crisp the edges of the chips! serve with a good heaping spoon of avocado crema!

Tip: Don’t like that much heat – use pickled jalapenos or none at all and drop the Hab sauce!

Pss. The containers are actually for tortillas to bake in the oven but I think they are perfect for single serve nachos… plus its so cute!!
