Crunch Wraps & Supreme Fries


Ok, my Football Foodie Followers, we are on to week 8 already! I am so excited about this weeks game day recipe! I am a sucker for a crunch wrap combo every once in a while (especially when I am hungover LOL). And it’s honestly super easy and fun to make at home! This would be a fun Taco Night throughout the week for the whole family!

Here are the Roster details for this weeks Line up!

Crunch Wraps 

Crunch wrap Ingredients:

  • 10 Tortillas Large (2 – cut into 4s)
  • 1 bag Golden Dorees Tostitos or 1 bag tostada
  • 1 large Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • I bag Tex Mex mixed cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 romaine heart diced
  • 2 Taco seasoning mixes (one regular, one spicy)
  • 3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 small Spicy Taco Sauce
  • 1 container Sour cream


  1. Cook meat, add taco mix – following package instructions
  2. Heat up nacho cheese sauce (follow instructions on the jar)IMG_2194
  3. Assemble:
    1. 1 Tortilla
    2. 1 tbsp spicy taco sauce
    3. 3-4 tbsp taco beef
    4. 3 tbsp nacho cheese
    5. 6 chips or 1 tostada
    6. 1 dollop of sour cream
    7. ¼ cup lettuce
    8. 2 tsp tomatoes
    9. 1 tbsp Tex Mex cheese
    10. Small quarter piece of tortilla
  4. Fold corners over the little tortillas so it makes a wrap
  5. In a hot skillet or indoor grill – spray with PAM and place wrap folded side down for 30 seconds to a minute (golden brown)
  6. Flip on to other side for 30 seconds to a minute
  7. Serve with extra Spicy taco sauce

 Serves 8

Supreme Fries

Supreme Fries ingredients:

  • 2 bags Frozen French fries (extra crispy)
  • 5 pounds ground Beef
  • 1 Taco seasoning mix
  • ½ container sour cream
  • 1 small nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • Dried chives for Garnishing


  1. Cook French fries – follow package instructions
  2. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix – follow package instructions
  3. Heat Nacho cheese sauce (follow instructions on the jar)
  4. Assemble:
    1. Fries (divide into 8 servings)
    2. 4 tbsp Nacho cheese sauce
    3. 3 tbsp ground beef
    4. 1 dollop sour cream
    5. 1 tbsp tomatoes
    6. Chives to garnish

 Serves 8

ps. can’t share my pics this week… I am trying to gain up a little lead so I can comfortably hold on to that first place spot 🙂 but, I will tell you, you can always count on New England for a Win ❤
